Ingredients
4 cups green papaya, shredded

2 tablespoons fish sauce

Instructions
1. Peel the green papaya, remove the seeds, and shred it into thin strips.
2. Shred the carrot, slice the red bell pepper, and chop the green onions and cilantro.
3. Add the papaya, carrot, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro to a large mixing bowl.
