1 box graham crackers, about 14.4 ounces

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 cup chocolate frosting

1 can strawberry pie filling, 21 ounces


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.

3. In another bowl, whisk the cold milk and cheesecake pudding mix for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

4. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.

5. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the filling is light and fluffy.

6. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.

7. Spread half of the creamy filling over the graham crackers.

8. Add half of the sliced strawberries over the filling.

9. Top with another layer of graham crackers.

10. Spread the chocolate frosting in a thin even layer over the graham crackers.

11. Spread the remaining creamy filling over the chocolate layer.

12. Add the remaining sliced strawberries.

13. Finish with one final layer of graham crackers.

14. Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly over the top.

15. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for the best texture.

16. Slice into squares and serve chilled.


Notes

Use fully softened cream cheese so the filling stays smooth without lumps.
