1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 pinch salt

3/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt for topping

1 teaspoon almond butter for topping

1 pinch ground cinnamon for topping


Instructions
