Ingredients

Scale

1 pound frozen dumplings

3 cups broccoli florets

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha

3 to 5 tablespoons warm water

2 green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Arrange the frozen dumplings on one side of the baking sheet and the broccoli florets on the other side.

3. Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.

4. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, flipping the dumplings halfway through, until the dumplings are golden and the broccoli is tender with roasted edges.

5. While the dumplings bake, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sriracha, and warm water until smooth and pourable.

6. Transfer the baked dumplings and broccoli to a serving platter or bowls.

7. Drizzle the peanut sauce over the top.

8. Finish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes if desired, then serve warm.

Notes

Use warm water to thin the peanut sauce gradually so it stays smooth and silky.

Flip the dumplings halfway through baking for more even browning and crisp edges.

For the best texture, store leftover sauce separately and reheat the dumplings in the oven or air fryer.
