Description

These Nutella Truffles are smooth, chocolatey bites of heaven, filled with creamy hazelnut goodness and coated in a rich chocolate shell. Perfect for holidays, parties, or a sweet homemade gift, they’re easy to make and even easier to love.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup Nutella

4 oz (half block) cream cheese, softened

1 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate (for coating)

1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and Nutella until smooth.
  2. Stir in crushed graham crackers and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Scoop mixture and roll into balls; place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Freeze truffles for 20-30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle in chocolate and place back on parchment.
  7. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top (if using) before chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate coating is fully set.
