1 cup Nutella
4 oz (half block) cream cheese, softened
1 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups dark or semi-sweet chocolate (for coating)
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and Nutella until smooth.
- Stir in crushed graham crackers and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Scoop mixture and roll into balls; place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze truffles for 20-30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in chocolate and place back on parchment.
- Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top (if using) before chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until chocolate coating is fully set.
