Description

These Halloween Jello Shots are a spooky, fun, and easy recipe that adds instant party magic to your table. Made with fruity gelatin, vodka, and playful ghost faces, they are perfect for Halloween dessert boards, party food ideas, easy entertaining, holiday drink recipes, and festive make-ahead treats everyone will remember.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup boiling water

1 package pink gelatin, 3 ounces

1/2 cup cold water

1/2 cup vodka

16 candy eyes

2 tablespoons black decorating gel

1/2 cup whipped topping, optional

Instructions

1. Add the pink gelatin to a medium mixing bowl and pour in the boiling water. Whisk for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.

2. Stir in the cold water and vodka until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.

3. Pour the mixture into 16 small shot cups or silicone molds.

4. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, or until fully set.

5. If using molds, gently unmold the jello shots once firm.

6. Decorate each one with candy eyes and a mouth using black decorating gel. Add a small swirl of whipped topping if desired.

7. Serve chilled.

Notes

Do not add extra alcohol or the jello may not set properly.

Chill the shots completely before decorating for the cleanest ghost faces.

Silicone molds work best if you want a more defined ghost shape.
