1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
2. Add the diced onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
3. Add the rice, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for 1 minute.
4. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes, then stir until everything is evenly combined.
