Ingredients

1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

1 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate version)

12 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, plus more as needed)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Dark chocolate shavings & chopped nuts (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together protein powder and cocoa powder.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Stir slowly, then whisk until smooth.
  3. Adjust consistency: add milk for thinner pudding or chia seeds to thicken. Let sit 5-10 minutes if using chia.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes (optional) for extra creaminess.
  5. Top with dark chocolate shavings or nuts and enjoy!
