Ingredients

1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)
1 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate version)
1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, plus more as needed)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Dark chocolate shavings & chopped nuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together protein powder and cocoa powder.
- Add Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract. Stir slowly, then whisk until smooth.
- Adjust consistency: add milk for thinner pudding or chia seeds to thicken. Let sit 5-10 minutes if using chia.
- Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes (optional) for extra creaminess.
- Top with dark chocolate shavings or nuts and enjoy!
