Featuring crusty artisan bread stuffed with creamy Brie cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, this dish offers the ultimate blend of savory and sweet. Finished with melted herb butter and baked to golden perfection, it’s a stunning centerpiece that tastes as good as it looks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 round sourdough loaf (or crusty artisan bread)
  • 8 oz (225 g) Brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using a serrated knife, slice the bread into a crisscross grid pattern without cutting all the way through.
  3. Insert cubes of Brie evenly into the crevices of the bread.
  4. Spoon cranberry sauce into the cracks, dispersing evenly.
  5. Mix melted butter with chopped rosemary and thyme, then drizzle over the entire loaf.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
  7. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bread edges are crisp.
  9. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  10. Garnish with extra rosemary and serve warm.
