Ingredients
1 box brownie mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
3/4 cup red and green candy coated chocolates
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until a thick batter forms.
3. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
4. Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the brownie batter.
5. Add the semi sweet chocolate chips and chopped pecans or walnuts across the top.
6. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
7. Scatter the red and green candy coated chocolates over the top and lightly press a few into place.
8. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the center is mostly set and the edges are slightly puffed.
9. Cool the bars completely in the pan before slicing.
10. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.

Let the bars cool completely before cutting so the layers set neatly.
