Ingredients

Scale

6 flour tortillas

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup chocolate syrup or melted chocolate

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs or cookie crumbs

1/4 cup red and green candy pieces or holiday sprinkles

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.

3. Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

4. Coat each tortilla in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

5. Fold the tortillas gently into taco shapes and arrange them so they hold their shape while baking.

6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until crisp and lightly golden.

7. Let the shells cool completely.

8. Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a mixing bowl.

9. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.

10. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks.

11. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.

12. Transfer the filling to a piping bag.

13. Pipe the cheesecake filling into the cooled taco shells.

14. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.

15. Top with graham cracker crumbs and holiday candy pieces or sprinkles.

16. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest filling and best texture.

Cool the taco shells completely before filling so they stay crisp longer.

Add the toppings just before serving for the freshest look and texture.
