3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

1 teaspoon sriracha

3 green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through.

3. Stir in the diced onion, garlic, and ginger, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.

4. Add the coleslaw mix and toss well with the chicken mixture.

5. Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and sriracha, then stir until everything is evenly coated.

7. Stir in most of the green onions.
