Ingredients

2 medium zucchini

2 large eggs

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

olive oil spray


Instructions

1. Wash and dry the zucchini, then slice into 1/4-inch rounds.
