1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns, thawed

12 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional garnish: chopped green onions or parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and chop.
  3. Spread thawed hash browns evenly in the baking dish and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Sprinkle cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the hash browns.
