Description
Achari Paneer Naan Bombs are soft, golden naan balls stuffed with tangy, spiced paneer, baked to perfection and brushed with butter. They’re the ultimate Indian appetizer or snack!
Ingredients
200 g paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
2 tbsp achari masala
250 g naan dough
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp butter or ghee (for brushing)
green chutney (for serving, optional)
Instructions
1. Crumble paneer and mix with achari masala and yogurt.
2. Divide naan dough into small discs, about 3 inches wide.
3. Place a tablespoon of filling in each, seal into balls.
4. Arrange on a tray, brush with butter or ghee.
5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes.
6. Brush again with butter, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Chill the filled dough before baking for better shape.
Use fresh, full-fat paneer for the best texture.
Reheat leftovers in the oven for a crispy finish.
