1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 slices of white bread or sourdough
2 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until fragrant. Drain excess grease.
- Butter the Bread: Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Assemble: Place one bread slice, buttered side down, in a skillet. Layer cheese, ground beef, and more cheese. Top with second bread slice, buttered side up.
