Description
A dessert masterpiece that layers pumpkin pie, pecan pie, spice cake, and cheesecake into one showstopping Thanksgiving treat. It’s indulgent, festive, and the ultimate answer to “Which dessert should I have?” Why not all of them?
Ingredients
1 pumpkin pie
1 pecan pie
1 spice cake (8-inch round)
1 cheesecake (8-inch round, baked or no-bake)
3 cups whipped frosting (stabilized whipped cream or cream cheese frosting)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional, for base)
1 tablespoon caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)
1⁄4 cup chopped pecans (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the pumpkin pie and pecan pie ahead of time. Let them cool completely and refrigerate until firm.
2. Bake the spice cake in an 8-inch round pan. Allow to cool completely.
3. Prepare the cheesecake layer and chill until fully set.
4. Whip the frosting until stiff peaks form.
5. Begin assembling: Place the pecan pie at the bottom. Add a layer of frosting.
6. Stack the cheesecake on top. Add more frosting.
7. Add the spice cake, then another frosting layer.
8. Top with the pumpkin pie. Finish with a thick layer of frosting covering the top and sides.
9. Decorate with chopped pecans, pie crumbs, or caramel drizzle as desired.
10. Chill the completed piecaken for 2–4 hours before slicing.
Notes
Let all layers cool or chill completely before assembling to prevent sliding.
Use a serrated knife and wipe between cuts for clean slices.
For a richer version, use cream cheese frosting instead of whipped cream.
