Description

1 bag tortilla chips

2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/3 cup diced red onion or pickled onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon chipotle powder or chipotle sauce

1/2 teaspoon tajín or smoked paprika

1/3 cup crumbled queso fresco or cotija cheese

Instructions
