This Strawberry Punch is the ultimate summer refresher, made with juicy strawberries, fizzy lemon-lime soda, and a splash of strawberry lemonade. It’s easy to throw together for parties and guaranteed to be the first thing gone at the drink table. Sweet, tangy, and beautifully bubbly—perfect for both kids and adults.
Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced or halved
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
3 cups strawberry lemonade or pink lemonade
3 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled
2 cups ice cubes
Optional: a few sprigs of fresh mint or 1/4 cup white grape juice or ginger ale
Instructions
1. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice or halve them.
2. Add sliced strawberries and lemon slices to a punch bowl or large pitcher.
3. Gently press the fruit with a spoon or muddler to release some juice.
4. Pour in the strawberry lemonade and stir to combine with the fruit.
5. Just before serving, add the chilled lemon-lime soda to keep the fizz fresh.
6. Toss in ice cubes and optional mint or juice add-ins.
7. Stir gently and serve immediately in clear glasses, garnished if desired.
Notes
For best results, chill all liquids before assembling so you don’t need too much ice.
If using frozen strawberries, rinse off frost before adding to avoid diluting the flavor.
Add soda only right before serving to preserve maximum carbonation.
