Ingredients

Scale

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix

1 ½ cups cold milk

2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

2 bananas, sliced

½ cup strawberry sauce or puree

Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until combined. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Make the Banana Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Let it sit for a few minutes, then fold into the cheesecake mixture.
  3. Layer the Dessert: Start with a layer of crushed vanilla wafers in a serving dish or cups. Add a layer of banana cheesecake mixture, drizzle with strawberry sauce, and top with fresh strawberries and banana slices. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with fruit and cookie crumbs.
  4. Chill & Serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to enhance the flavors. Before serving, add whipped cream, extra fruit, and more crumbled cookies for extra crunch. Enjoy!
