Ingredients

Bok Choy (chopped, stems and leaves separated)

Ground Meat (pork, beef, chicken, or turkey)

Garlic (minced)

Soy Sauce (light and/or dark)

Oyster Sauce

Cornstarch (plus water for slurry)

  2. Brown the Meat: Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add ground meat, break it apart, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Aromatics: Stir in minced garlic and optional chili flakes. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Cook Bok Choy: First add white stems and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add greens and stir until wilted.
