Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon gochujang
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 pound beef flank steak or ribeye, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lemon juice
12 ounces fresh or instant ramen noodles
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon gochujang
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Combine soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Add thinly sliced beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Chill until serving.
3. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking.
4. Grill beef slices in a hot skillet or grill pan for 1–2 minutes per side until caramelized. Set aside.
5. In a clean pan, heat sesame oil, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, and water until bubbly. Add noodles and toss to coat.
6. Divide noodles into bowls. Top with grilled beef, creamy sauce, and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
For maximum flavor, marinate the beef overnight.
Use fresh ramen noodles for best texture, but quality instant works too.
If the sauce thickens too much while reheating, add a splash of water to loosen it up.
