Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease three 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and drain pineapple slightly. Toast chopped pecans if desired.
- In a large bowl, whisk oil, eggs, sugars, vanilla, bananas, and pineapple until smooth.
