A fun and whimsical dessert twist on traditional sushi, this S’mores Sushi combines sweet sticky rice, marshmallow fluff, crushed graham crackers, and a luscious chocolate drizzle. Perfect for parties or a creative family treat, it brings the nostalgic joy of s’mores into an adorable bite-sized presentation.


Ingredients

1 cup sushi rice

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Marshmallow fluff

Crushed graham crackers

Chocolate sauce

Powdered sugar (optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. While still warm, stir in sugar and vanilla extract. Let cool to room temperature.
  3. Lay parchment or plastic wrap on a flat surface.
  4. Spread cooled rice into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
  5. Spread a line of marshmallow fluff across the center.
  6. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the fluff.
  7. Roll the rice tightly into a log using the wrap to assist.
  8. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes.
  9. Slice into sushi-sized pieces with a damp, sharp knife.
  10. Drizzle chocolate sauce and sprinkle with extra graham crackers and powdered sugar.
