Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
5 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 cup assorted toppings (chopped peanut butter cups, chocolate chunks, or chocolate syrup), optional
Instructions
1. Crush the Oreo cookies (filling included) into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until fully combined.
3. Press the crust mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and chill in the fridge.
4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
5. Add powdered sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
6. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula until fully incorporated.
7. Spread the filling into the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top.
8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
9. Before serving, garnish with chopped peanut butter cups, chocolate drizzle, or desired toppings.
10. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to avoid lumps in the filling.
Use full-fat cream cheese and peanut butter for the best creamy texture.
For a firmer filling, chill the pie overnight instead of the minimum 4 hours.
