2 flatbreads

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/3 cup basil pesto

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/3 cup Kalamata olives, halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet or pizza pan.

3. Spread the basil pesto evenly over each flatbread.

4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the pesto.

5. Divide the cooked chicken evenly over the flatbreads.
