Description
Sheet Pan Maple Glazed Chicken Thighs are sticky, savory, and sweet with garlicky depth and mustard tang—all roasted to perfection in one pan. This easy, flavor-packed dinner is perfect for weeknights or meal prep and is ready in under 40 minutes.
Ingredients
2 pounds chicken thighs
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment or lightly oil it.
2. In a bowl, whisk maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place chicken thighs on the sheet pan. Pour half the glaze over and coat well. Reserve the rest for basting.
4. Bake for 25 minutes. Baste with remaining glaze halfway through.
5. For crispy tops, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end—watch closely.
6. Let rest 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
For crispier results, use skin-on, bone-in thighs and increase bake time to 35–40 minutes.
Marinate the chicken for up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
Add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the glaze for a spicier version.
