12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb scallops, halved
1 cup crab meat
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter a baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops, cooking 2-3 minutes until opaque. Fold in crab meat; set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt cream cheese. Gradually whisk in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan until smooth and thickened.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce in the baking dish. Layer noodles, seafood, sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and cheeses on top.
- Cover with foil; bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs.
