Description

A rich and indulgent lasagna layered with tender shrimp, scallops, and crab in a creamy, garlicky cheese sauce. Perfect for special dinners or when you’re craving a seafood twist on a classic comfort dish.


Ingredients

12 lasagna noodles, cooked

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 lb scallops, halved

1 cup crab meat

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

4 tbsp butter

2 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and scallops, cooking 2-3 minutes until opaque. Fold in crab meat; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt cream cheese. Gradually whisk in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan until smooth and thickened.
  5. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the baking dish. Layer noodles, seafood, sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with sauce and cheeses on top.
  6. Cover with foil; bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs.
