Description

Ingredients

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons 2% or nonfat milk

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Chill your heavy cream, milk, and mixing bowl until cold.

2. In the bowl, combine heavy cream and milk.

3. Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.

4. Use a milk frother or blender to whip until fluffy, about 30–60 seconds.
