Description

Crispy, cheesy, and loaded with savory pizza flavor, these Pizza Chips turn thin-sliced potatoes into an irresistible snack. Topped with melted Parmesan and pepperoni, they’re perfect for parties, game nights, or a quick comfort food fix.

Ingredients

Scale

2 large russet potatoes

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried basil

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Scrub and thinly slice potatoes (about 1/8 inch thick). Pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss slices with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway; or air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking once.
  6. Remove and sprinkle Parmesan and place a mini pepperoni on each chip.
  7. Return to oven or air fryer for 3-5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with extra herbs, and serve warm.
