Description

Golden biscuit dough filled with gooey mozzarella cheese, brushed with rich garlic butter, and baked until perfectly golden. These bite-sized cheese bombs are the ultimate party snack or comfort food side.


Ingredients

Pillsbury Biscuits

Mozzarella Cheese

Salted Butter

Garlic Powder

Fresh Parsley

Optional: Parmesan Cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half.
  3. Flatten each piece and place a cube or segment of mozzarella in the center.
  4. Wrap dough around the cheese, sealing tightly to form a ball.
  5. Place balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix in garlic powder (and Parmesan if using).
  8. Once baked, brush cheese bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Serve immediately for maximum melty goodness.
