Pillsbury Biscuits
Mozzarella Cheese
Salted Butter
Garlic Powder
Fresh Parsley
Optional: Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half.
- Flatten each piece and place a cube or segment of mozzarella in the center.
- Wrap dough around the cheese, sealing tightly to form a ball.
- Place balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, melt butter and mix in garlic powder (and Parmesan if using).
- Once baked, brush cheese bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve immediately for maximum melty goodness.
