Yakisoba Noodles

Cabbage

Instructions

  1. Prep the Vegetables: Thinly slice cabbage, celery, and onion. Mince the garlic.
  2. Cook the Noodles: If using yakisoba, rinse with warm water. If dry noodles, cook and drain.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables: Heat oil in a large pan, add garlic for 30 seconds, then cook onion, celery, and cabbage for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add the Noodles: Toss in noodles and stir to combine with vegetables.
  5. Make the Sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and pepper. Pour over the noodles.
  6. Finish Cooking: Stir and cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is well coated and hot.
