These No-Bake Pecan Pie Balls are packed with nutty crunch, buttery richness, and that classic pecan pie sweetness—without needing an oven. Perfect for holiday trays, edible gifts, or a cozy bite of fall flavor.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups chopped toasted pecans
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup maple syrup or corn syrup
¼ cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
Optional: melted chocolate or caramel for dipping
Instructions
1. Toast the chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until fragrant. Cool completely.
2. In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and salt.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir to combine.
5. Fold in the toasted pecans until the dough holds together.
6. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
7. Optional: Dip balls in melted chocolate or caramel and let set.
8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

If mixture is too dry, add a little more syrup or melted butter.
