Description

A rich, chewy, no-bake treat blending buttery praline flavor with toasted coconut and crunchy pecans. Perfect for a quick dessert that looks and tastes impressive with zero oven time.


Ingredients

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut

2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats

3/4 cup chopped pecans

Whole pecan halves (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and bubbling.
  3. Let the mixture boil gently for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in shredded coconut, oats, and chopped pecans.
  5. Drop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly into cookie shapes.
  6. Press a pecan half on top of each cookie, if desired.
  7. Let sit at room temperature until set, about 30-60 minutes, or refrigerate for 20 minutes.
