Ingredients
Graham cracker crumbs
Unsalted butter (melted)
Cream cheese (softened)
Sweetened condensed milk
Orange Jell-O powder
Boiling water
Cool Whip or whipped topping
Mandarin orange segments (optional)
Powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Dissolve orange Jell-O powder in boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes until fully dissolved. Let cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sweetened condensed milk, then gradually blend in dissolved Jell-O.
- Fold in whipped topping until fluffy. Add mandarin oranges if desired.
- Pour filling into chilled crust. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with orange slices or mint.
