Ingredients

Graham Crackers

Unsalted Butter

Cream Cheese (full-fat, room temperature)

Granulated Sugar

Sour Cream

Heavy Cream

Eggs + Yolks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill.
