A golden-crusted chicken breast served with rich garlic butter sauce, inspired by the famous Morton’s Steakhouse Chicken Christopher. It’s indulgent, elegant, and surprisingly easy to make at home.

2 large chicken breasts, pounded thin
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each breast in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Return chicken to skillet briefly or pour sauce over plated chicken.
- Serve immediately with sides of choice.
