Description

Millionaire Pie is a dreamy, no-bake dessert with a creamy filling of whipped topping, crushed pineapple, and sweetened condensed milk in a buttery graham cracker crust. Topped with pecans and cherries, it’s a refreshingly easy treat that’s rich, fruity, and irresistibly nostalgic.

Ingredients

Scale

1 9-inch graham cracker crust

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple with juice

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup maraschino cherries, halved (optional)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the graham cracker crust by pressing it into a pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes if homemade.

2. In a large bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, crushed pineapple with juice, lemon juice, and whipped topping until smooth.

3. Gently fold in chopped pecans, maraschino cherries, and shredded coconut (if using).

4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.

5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.

6. Garnish with additional whipped topping, pecans, and cherries before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for the best texture and flavor.

For extra nuttiness, toast the pecans before folding them in.

To keep it light, reduce the pecans or skip the coconut entirely.
