Description
Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken is a rich and creamy baked chicken dish featuring boneless chicken breasts smothered in Caesar dressing, sour cream, and parmesan cheese. It’s baked to golden perfection and pairs beautifully with pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables. Easy enough for a weeknight dinner, but flavorful enough to impress guests.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
3. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the Caesar mixture evenly over the top.
4. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese generously over the coated chicken.
5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
6. Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
Bring chicken to room temperature before baking to ensure even cooking.
Avoid low-fat Caesar dressing as it can separate while baking.
Grate your own parmesan for best melt and flavor.
