Description

Maple Garlic Chicken Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo is a bold, flavor-packed dinner made with golden, pan-seared chicken tossed in a sticky maple garlic glaze and served with a rich, creamy Cajun Alfredo pasta. Perfect for cozy nights or impressing guests—comfort food with a fiery twist.

Ingredients

Scale

2 chicken breasts, diced

2 tablespoons maple syrup

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (divided)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter (divided)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Cut chicken into bite-sized chunks and toss with 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning. Set aside.

2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Sear chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from skillet.

3. Reduce heat to low. Add 1 tablespoon butter, minced garlic, and maple syrup to the pan. Stir until fragrant and glaze forms. Return chicken and coat evenly.

4. Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5. In a saucepan, melt butter and add remaining Cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes (if using). Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

6. Gradually stir in Parmesan until the sauce is creamy and smooth.

7. Toss pasta in Alfredo sauce until coated. Plate with maple garlic chicken. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Let the chicken rest with seasoning before cooking for deeper flavor.

Don’t overheat the maple glaze—it thickens quickly.

Add milk or cream when reheating pasta to bring back creaminess.
