Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 package refrigerated crescent dough or pizza dough
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat.
3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce if using.
4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix until melted and well combined. Remove from heat.
5. Roll out the crescent or pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. If using crescent dough, press seams together.
6. Cut the dough into squares or rectangles large enough to hold filling.
7. Place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture onto each piece of dough.
8. Roll tightly and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
9. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley or green onions.
10. Brush the garlic butter over each rollup generously.
11. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
12. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces!
Notes
Don’t overfill the dough to avoid tearing or leaking during baking.
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easier cleanup.
Reheat leftovers in the air fryer or oven to maintain crispiness.
