6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in the slow cooker. Pour sauce over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- (Optional) Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes until skin crisps.
- Drizzle extra sauce from the slow cooker over the chicken and garnish with herbs.
