1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Oil for frying
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds and chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well coated.
