2 cups cooked chicken breast or thighs, sliced or shredded

2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)

4 cups chicken broth (low-sodium preferred)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Add cooked chicken to the broth and stir to warm through.
