2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Add cooked chicken to the broth and stir to warm through.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 2-4 minutes).
