Description

Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken Pasta is a creamy, flavorful one-skillet dinner that’s ready in under 30 minutes. Juicy chicken, tender pasta, and a rich ranch-seasoned sauce come together to create a comforting weeknight meal that feels like a hug in a bowl.

Ingredients

Scale

2 chicken breasts

8 oz rotini pasta

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked through. Set aside.

3. In a separate pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set pasta aside.

4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes on low heat.

6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Thin with pasta water if needed.

7. Add cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.

8. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to warm through.

9. Garnish with chopped parsley if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use freshly shredded Parmesan for a smoother, richer sauce.

Add steamed broccoli or peas for extra nutrition and color.

Don’t skip the pasta water—it helps create a silky, clinging sauce.
