1 small head cabbage, chopped
2 medium carrots, julienned
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Chop cabbage, julienne carrots, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in cabbage and carrots; cook 5-7 minutes until cabbage softens but stays slightly crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and drizzle sesame oil; toss to coat.
- Remove from heat, top with green onions, and serve hot.
