Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
BBQ sauce
Soy sauce
Minced garlic
Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, pineapple juice (or crushed pineapple), soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Place chicken in a zip-top bag or dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Oil the grates lightly.
- Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temp reaches 165°F. Grill pineapple rings 2-3 minutes per side.
