This Grilled Flank Steak Caprese with Balsamic Dressing is a summer dinner dream—juicy grilled steak topped with creamy mozzarella, blistered cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil, finished with a rich balsamic glaze. Ingredients

1 ½ pounds flank steak

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)

½ cup fresh basil leaves

¼ cup balsamic glaze

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Pat the flank steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

2. Preheat the grill to high heat. Grill steak for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

3. While steak rests, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until blistered and lightly burst, about 5–7 minutes.

4. Slice the steak thinly against the grain and place it on a serving platter.

5. Top with blistered tomatoes and mozzarella balls.

6. Scatter torn basil leaves over the top.

7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve warm.
