Description
These cheesy, garlicky burger bombs combine juicy ground beef and melted cheddar wrapped in biscuit dough, topped with buttery garlic and parmesan. Perfect as party snacks, fun dinners, or freezer-friendly treats!
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder (for beef)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
8 cubes cheddar cheese (1-inch size)
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
3 tablespoons butter (melted)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (for butter)
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the fat. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it cool slightly.
3. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
4. Place a spoonful of seasoned beef in the center of each dough circle, followed by a cube of cheddar cheese.
5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the seams to seal into a ball.
6. In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
7. Brush each dough ball with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
8. Arrange on the baking sheet seam-side down.
9. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
10. Brush with additional garlic butter and parsley before serving.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the dough to prevent tearing. Seal seams well to lock in the cheese.
Use cold cheese cubes to reduce melting out during baking.
Reheat leftovers in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispness.
