Description
A restaurant-style dinner you can make at home—juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with creamy linguine tossed in a luxurious four-cheese sauce. Perfect for weeknights or special occasions.
Ingredients
1 pound steak (ribeye, sirloin, or New York strip)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
12 ounces linguine pasta
1 ½ cups heavy cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup provolone cheese, shredded
½ cup Romano cheese, grated
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Return steak and toss to coat.
5. In a saucepan, heat cream over medium. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, and Romano until smooth. Thin with pasta water if needed.
6. Toss linguine with cheese sauce. Serve topped with garlic butter steak and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Patting the steak dry ensures a perfect golden sear.
Don’t overcrowd the skillet—sear in batches if needed.
Use freshly grated cheese for the smoothest, creamiest sauce.
